Evan is the Director of the Baystone Government Finance Program. Evan began his career at Baystone in 1990 and oversees and directs the work of a highly experienced staff of financial professionals who originate and fund thousands of municipal lease transactions annually.
Since 1990 Evan has been an active member of the Association of Governmental Leasing and Finance and has attended over 50 conferences for the AGLF and at many of these conferences has presented on a variety of topics concerning the Municipal Leasing Industry. In the early 2000’s, Evan was elected to a 6 year term on the Board of the AGLF and during that time served as both the President and Chairman of the Board. In 2017, Evan began a second term on the AGLF Board. He is also active in the National Equipment Finance Associate (NEFA), The Equipment Lease Finance Association (ELFA) and the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers (NAELB).
Evan earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kansas State University in 1983. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Arizona in 1988 and is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association. He also serves on the Board of Directors of KS StateBank.
Evan enjoys playing golf, staying active and spending time with his family.
